1 c. Miracle Whip
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. water
Dash of salt
3 tsp. cocoa

Mix all together and pour into a tube pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

ICING:

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. evaporated milk

Mix all together and boil for 3 minutes and pour over cake.
