HAWAIIAN DELIGHT 
9 oz. pkg. yellow cake mix (Jiffy)
1 egg
1/2 c. water
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 2/3 c. milk
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
4 1/2 c. Cool Whip
20 oz. can crushed pineapple, well drained

Mix first 3 ingredients and pour into greased 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.

Soften cream cheese and beat until fluffy. Add milk and pudding. Beat until thick. Spread over cake in pan and add WELL DRAINED pineapple and spread over pudding layer.

Cover with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and refrigerate COVERED overnight.
