CHICKEN POT PIE 
1 whole chicken breast
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
Salt and pepper to taste
3-4 med. potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 packet dry Lipton cream of chicken soup
Frozen pie crust, enough for bottom and top of 9 or 10 inch pie plate

Dice the chicken breast into small pieces after boiling it; pre-cook vegetables; peel, cube and pre-boil potatoes.

Sauce: Mix the cans of soup together and add the packet of dry soup mix to them. Add just enough water so that it's thick but not watery (it will be lumpy).

Prepare crust as directed. Put 1 crust in bottom of pan. Add all ingredients. Put second crust on top. Bake at pie crust temperature until it is done.
