CREAM PUMPKIN PIE 
2 c. evaporated milk
1 1/4 c. pumpkin
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. ginger
2 egg yolks
1 pie shell, baked

Put all ingredients except eggs in saucepan. Cook 15 minutes. Beat egg yolks slightly; add little of the sauce to eggs, then remaining egg mixture. Pour back in saucepan; cook a little longer. Pour in pie shell. Cool overnight before serving. Put a spoonful of whipped cream on each piece when serving.
