PORK ROAST | |
Stuff with garlic cloves, cayenne, pepper and green onions. Salt and pepper outside of roast. Spray pan with Pam. Add 2 tablespoons flour in an oven cooking bag and shake to coat bag. Put roast in bag. Add chopped green onions. Pour on 1 cup sauteen wine, fasten bag. Punch 12 holes in bag. Place in preheated 350 degree oven. Cook about 3 hours. Let cool a little and slice. Serve gravy over rice. |
