3 or 4 apples
2 tsp. cinnamon
5 tsp. sugar
1 c. oil
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tsp. vanilla

Combine sliced apples, cinnamon and 5 teaspoons sugar. Set aside. Place dry ingredients into large bowl. Make hole in dry ingredients and add wet ingredients, mixing well. Grease angel food or Bundt pan. Alternate layers of batter and apples, ending with batter.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
