CHICKEN STIR FRY 
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
2 chicken breasts, sliced in thin strips
1 pkg. frozen Japanese style vegetables

Mix soy sauce and ginger. Marinate sliced chicken 1 hour. Drain chicken and stir fry in 1 tablespoon hot oil. Add vegetables and stir fry until cooked through, about 4 minutes. Serve with hot rice and salad.
