1 cut up rabbit Flour Milk/buttermilk Salt Pepp er Oil Heat about 1/3 cup of oil in a frying pan on the stove on medium to medium-high heat. Sprinkle salt and pepper on meat to taste. Dip meat into milk and then into flour. Place in hot oil. Brown on all sides. Take a baking dish and line with aluminum foil. Place browned meat in dish. Take some more foil and seal off top. Let no air out of dish. Needs to steam. Place dish into oven on 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. |
