KENTUCKY PECAN PIE 
1 c. white karo
1 c. dark brown sugar
1/3 tsp. salt
1/3 c. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. pecans

Combine syrup, sugar, salt, butter, vanilla and mix well. Add egg. Put in 9 inch shell. Sprinkle pecans over top. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 45 minutes.

When cool top with whipped cream or ice cream.
