YEAST BREAD | |
7 c. flour 2 pkg. yeast 1/4 c. water (warm) 1/2 c. sugar 2 tsp. salt 2 c. water 1/2 c. olive oil Mix yeast and 1/4 cup warm water together. Add to remaining ingredients and knead until smooth. Let rise until doubled in size; pinch down and knead again. Make rolls or loaves. Bake rolls 25 minutes and loaves 35 minutes at 375°F. |
