BARBEQUE STEW 
3 lb. stew meat
2 c. chopped onion
2 c. chopped green peppers
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 oz. can tomato paste

In slow cooker, combine all ingredients. Cook on low 8 to 10 hours with fork. Stir to break up meat pieces. Serve on buns.

(To prepare in oven, cover, bake at 325 degres for 4 hours.)
