MANICOTTI 
1 pkg. manicotti shells
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. chicken bouillon (dry)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/8 tsp. thyme
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 eggs
1 pkg. spinach (thawed and drained)
1 c. Mozzarella cheese

Cook shells. Mix remaining ingredients except tomato sauce and Mozzarella cheese. Fill shells with spinach mixture and arrange in greased 9x13 inch pan. Pour tomato sauce over manicotti, sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
