CARAMEL COATING FOR ROLLS 
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. heavy cream
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar

In 9"x13" pan, melt butter. Add sugar and mix until dissolved. Pour in cream. Make rolls and place on top of caramel. Let rise. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
