QUICK AND EASY VEAL PARMIGIANA 
1 pkg. Armour breaded veal cutlets, frozen
1 lg. can Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Garlic powder
Italian seasoning
Pam cooking spray
4 slices provolone cheese
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

In a rectangular glass baking dish, spray Pam and spread 3 tablespoons of the sauce straight from the can over bottom of dish. Lay out the 4 cutlets in the dish, sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese. Layer with sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, sauce, provolone cheese slices, sauce. Sprinkle top with remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes. I usually cook 2 portions of spaghetti noodles as a side dish. Serves 4.
