LEMON FLUFF 
2 (3 oz.) or 1 (6 oz.) lemon Jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. cold water
1 c. sugar
Juice of 1 lemon (or 4 tbsp. Real Lemon)

Mix above ingredients and let set like syrup. Crush one package of vanilla wafers or 2 1/2 cups crumbs. Melt 1/4 cup of butter and mix well in crumbs. Put aside half of crumbs for top. Press crumbs into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes then cool. Whip 1 can chilled Milnot until thick. Add Jello and beat 2 minutes. Pour over crumbs and sprinkle the 1/2 cup crumbs over top. Chill at least 1/2 hour and serve or overnight. Any flavored Jello will work.
