TERIYAKI STEAK 
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
3/4 tsp. ginger
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. flank steak, 3/4 inch thick

In shallow pan combine all ingredients except steak. Add steak, stirring to coat. Cover and chill at least 6 hours, turning occasionally. Broil 5 to 6 minutes on each side.
