SALMON AND RICE 
In saucepan combine 2 cups water, 1 cup long grain rice, salt and pepper. On high heat, the minute it starts to boil, stir once and turn on low heat, cover and do not take cover off for 1/2 hour.

In skillet place 1 can of salmon, 1/2 cup chopped onions, 1 drop hot sauce and 1/2 cup catsup and 1/2 cup water. Simmer until thickens a little. To serve put rice in serving dish, place salmon mixture on top.
