MAPLE NUT BREAD 
2 1/4 c. Gold Medal flour
1 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1 egg
3/4 tsp. maple flavoring
1 c. coarsely chopped nuts

Heat oven to 350. Grease pan 9x5x3 inch. Blend dry ingredients in bowl. Add milk, egg and flavoring. Mix until dry ingredients are moistened. Stir in nuts. Pour into pan. Bake 1 hour.
