1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1/2 c. sour cream
1 egg
Dash of sugar (optional)
1/2 c. cream-style corn (optional)

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into 8 inch square pan and bake in 350 degree oven until golden brown.
