NAOMI'S TACOS DE CREMA 
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 c. tomato sauce
6 tortillas
1/2 c. oil
1/2 lb. Jack cheese, cut into 6 strips
6 chili peppers, whole
1 pt. sour cream
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown onion and garlic in 2 tablespoons of oil; add tomato sauce. Cover, simmer 30 minutes. Fry tortillas in oil. Put Jack cheese strips in chili peppers. Place chilies on tortillas and roll them up. Place in 2 inch pan. Add some cream to sauce and pour over tortillas. Cover, bake 30 minutes.
