CAN CAN CHILI 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 lg. green pepper, chopped
16 oz. can stewed tomatoes
2 (2 oz.) cans kidney beans
16 oz. can refried beans
16 oz. can mild enchilada sauce
1/2 tsp. chilil powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. water to rinse out cans and use as liquid

Brown hambruger in large pot. Drain off fat. Add onion and green pepper and cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Stir often. Add other ingredients and simmer for 1 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
