BROWNIES 
4 squares unsweetened chocolate or 3/4 c. cocoa
2/3 c. Crisco
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts
Marshmallows

Melt together over hot water cocoa and Crisco. Beat in sugar and eggs. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Mix in nuts. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Two minutes before brownies are done, put a layer of marshmallows on top. Put back in oven until marshmallows melt. Remove from oven and spread marshmallows evenly over surface of brownies. While still hot, pour icing over top.

ICING:

Mix together 2 cups sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa, 2 tablespoons butter, 4 tablespoons milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Slowly heat until completely melted and blended. Pour over brownies. Cool.
