COCONUT DELIGHTS 
A fun and easy project for kids and adults alike!

3 (1 oz. ea.) squares semi-sweet chocolate
3 tbsp. butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 beaten egg
1 (10 oz.) bag colored or white miniature marshmallows
1 pkg. (6 oz or more) coconut flakes

Melt together chocolate and 3 tablespoons butter. Stir in powdered sugar. Beat egg and add. Stir well.

Mix in marshmallows. Butter clean hands. Roll mixture into two equal sized logs on wax paper. Roll in flaked coconut until well coated. Seal rolls in wax paper and refrigerate overnight.

The next day, slice rolls into 1/2-inch slices as needed, or twist each cut piece up in wax paper tootsie-roll style.
