HARRIS' BREAD RECIPE 
1 pkg. dry yeast
3 c. warm water
4 tbsp. oil
4 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. salt
1/3 c. wheat germ
1/3 c. rolled oats
1/3 c. rolled rye
1/3 c. soy flour
6 c. whole wheat flour
2 c. unbleached flour

Put water, yeast and sugar in large mixing bowl and let stand for a few minutes until bubbly. Add remaining ingredients except four cups of flour. Beat vigorously and then add all but one cup flour. Use remaining flour for kneading. Knead until smooth and firm. Let rise until double in a covered bowl. Punch down, let rise again. Make into 2 large loaves. Let rise until double. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 50 minutes.
