1 loaf sandwich bread 2 lbs. lean bacon 1 pt. cherry tomatoes 1 head lettuce Salad dressing Fry bacon, drain and crumble into small bits. Put into bowl, add salad dressing just enough to coat bacon bits. Trim crusts off bread, then put light coating of salad dressing on bread, a leaf of lettuce and cut into 4 pieces. Then put a dab of bacon mixture and a slice of tomato. Can be made a couple of hours ahead and refrigerate. |
