GREEK CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cooked chicken, cut in lg. chucks
3 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1/2 c. chopped olives
1/2 c. chopped celery
Dressing (recipe follows)

In large bowl, place chicken, eggs, olives, and celery. Add Dressing and stir gently to mix well. Serve on lettuce.

Dressing: Mix together 1/2 cup plain yogurt, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, juice of 1 small lemon, and mustard, dill, garlic, pepper, and salt to taste.
