BLUEBERRY JELLO 
Jello:

1/2 c. sugar
1 large pkg. red jello
1 large can pineapple tidbits

Topping:

1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
chopped nuts optional

Bring blueberries, water and sugar to a boil to soften blueberries. Drain and save hot juice to dissolve jello, add jello. Drain pineapple and reserve juice. Add pineapple to jello. To the reserved pineapple juice add enough water to equal 2 cups, add to jello. Let congeal. When congealed take 1 cup sour cream, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1/2 c. sugar, and 1 tsp. vanilla. Mix these together and spread over jello. You can top with chopped nuts.
