STUFFED SHRIMP 
1 1/2 lbs. shrimp (about 8 or 9 to a lb.), shell, clean, and slice down

Stuffing: Melt 1 stick butter; chop and add in 2 garlic cloves and 1 small onion; simmer for 5 minutes. Add 1 can crabmeat (or scallops), 1 small can mushrooms (cut into medium size pieces), salt, pepper, parsley flakes, and lemon juice to taste. Add in bread crumbs to proper consistency.

Stuff shrimp. Put on cookie sheet. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1/2 hour (30 minutes). Serve with fresh melted butter and lemon slices.
