OLD FASHIONED PEACH CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1 can peach pie filling
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix cake mix, pie filling, eggs, flavoring and nuts. Blend at low speed until moistened about 1 minute. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Spread batter in greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan.

TOPPING:

In medium bowl, combine 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract. Stir with a fork. Sprinkle over cake batter. Bake for 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
