OLD FASHIONED CHICKEN GUMBO 
1 hen, cooked & deboned & put back in broth

1/4 c. flour
Enough broth to thin down

1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1 can cut okra
1 can stewed tomatoes
1/2 c. celery, chopped
Garlic salt
Salt
Pepper to taste

Simmer about 2 hours. Serve over rice.
