12 tbsp. sugar
12 eggs
4 tbsp. chocolate, grated
5 1/2 tbsp. farina
6 1/2 tbsp. cake flour, sifted
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat egg whites and sugar until very stiff; add beaten egg yolks. Fold in dry ingredients; add vanilla. Bake in 3 greased and floured 9 inch cake pans. Bake in moderate oven until done, about 30 minutes.
