LAREDO SUPPER 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
1 c. chopped tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz or Cheez Whiz with jalapeno peppers
2 tsp. chili powder

Brown meat; drain. Add onion and green pepper; cook until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients, simmer 15 minutes. Serve with corn chips, if desired. 6 servings.
