Just mainly a yeast bread dough an deep frying oil. 4 cups flour 2 tbsp. sugar 4 tbsp. butter 1 pkg yeast or 2 tbsp. yeast with 1 cup warm water dissolved 1 tbsp. sugar (make sure yeast rises before pouring into dry ingredients) Add another c. 1/4 (approximately) of warm water Mix all dry ingredients together with the butter a bowl. Dissolve yeast and sugar let set pour into dry ingredients mix together. Divide into pieces an deep fry the dough in hot cooking oil until golden brown. Drip off the oil sit cooked fried bread into a dish or bowl and enjoy with butter, taco sauces, jelly jam, etc whatever your favorite topping maybe. Good with soup and stews as well.
