PINEAPPLE SQUARES 
DOUGH:

3 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 stick butter
1 stick butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. walnuts, finely shredded

CHEESE FILLING:

1 pkg. Knox unflavored gelatin
3/4 c. sugar
1 pt. cottage cheese, lg. curd
1 egg yolk
1 fresh lemon
16 oz. cream cheese

Sift flour, baking soda and baking powder together. Add salt, butter and butter. Blend with a pastry blender. Add sugar and mix with a fork. Combine egg yolks and sour cream. Add to the flour mixture. Work well with hands. Dough should be tacky but able to be rolled without sticking to the rolling pin. Divide dough into two-third and one-third sections. Roll larger portion of dough into a jelly roll pan.

CHEESE FILLING: Combine ingredients. Blend well. Spread over dough.
