SPANISH TAKE-ALONG CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 (8 oz.) can pizza sauce
2 c. (about 4 oz.) med. noodles, cooked and drained
1 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) carton cream-style cottage cheese

Brown ground beef, onion, green pepper, and celery in a skillet; drain off excess fat. Combine with remaining ingredients. Put into a 2-quart casserole. (If desired, cover and refrigerate until ready to finish.)

Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until heated through. Garnish with green pepper rings. 6 to 8 servings.
