1 pkg. Oreo cookies
2/3 c. butter, melted
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 sm. Cool Whip
1 lg. chocolate instant pudding mix 2 1/2 c. milk
1 sm. Cool Whip

Crush Oreos cookies and mix with butter. Press into 13 inch pan. Take cream cheese at room temperature. Mix with powdered sugar and Cool Whip. Spread on first layer. Beat instant pudding and milk. Spread on the second layer. Spread Cool Whip over the third layer. Chill and serve.
