ORANGE JELLO DELIGHT 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
1 sm. container whipped topping
1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
1 sm. pkg. instant lemon pudding
Grated cheese

Drain fruit and measure to make 3 cups liquid. Bring to a boil. Mix in orange Jello. Add orange juice frozen. Add well drained fruit - cool and put in refrigerator until set in flat dish.

Mix pudding (dry) with whipped topping. Spread on top of Jello mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Cut in squares and serve on lettuce leaf.
