KARI'S SAUERKRAUT CASSEROLE | |
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained 1/4 cup diced celery (optional) 1/4 cup dried minced onion 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained 2 tbsp. diced green pepper 4-5 fully cooked hot dogs, sliced 1/2 tsp. ground mustard (optional) 1/2 tsp. dried fennel seed (optional) Combine all ingredients in a microwave-safe casserole dish. Cover. Microwave on HIGH for 3-5 minutes. Serve with bread, rolls, or (garlic) mashed potatoes. Submitted by: KM |
