CARAMEL NUT CLUSTERS | |
1 pkg. butterscotch pudding mix 1 c. sugar 1 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. evaporated milk 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts Mix pudding powder, sugar, butter and milk in a saucepan until smooth. Cook slowly to a soft ball stage. Remove from heat; cool slightly. Beat until mixture begins to thicken; add nuts. Drop from teaspoon onto waxed paper. |
