8 hard boiled eggs 1 egg white, slightly beaten 1 lb. sausage meat Fine dried bread crumbs Shell eggs, brush with beaten egg white, cover with sausage meat. Dip in egg white, roll in bread crumbs. Fry in hot deep fat until brown. Serve cut in half, lengthwise. |
