SPINACH APPETIZER | |
1 pkg. Stouffer spinach souffle (thawed) 1 (6 oz.) pkg. large mushrooms, stems removed 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix spinach souffle and Parmesan cheese. Stuff mushroom caps with mixture; place, caps up, in jelly roll pan. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese. Place in oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy! |
