LARSONS' FAMOUS FISH BATTER | |
1 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 egg 1 c. milk 1/4 c. salad oil 1 tsp. baking powder Beat all together with egg beater until smooth. Dry fish (or onion rings). Dip in seasoned flour. Heat oil in deep fat fryer to 375 degrees. Dip in the batter and fry until golden brown. |
