Use ripe pears (little water), as many as you want to. Add cinnamon sticks (whole). Cook slowly. When they are soft, take a potato masher and do like potatoes. If they have lumps, that's okay. Add sugar, as you like it. Can and seal. If you have a small amount it will keep in refrigerator for a long time. Very good. |
