HEALTHY FRUIT SHAKE 
1 c. crushed ice
1 c. yogurt
1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. wheat germ
1/2 c. fresh sliced strawberries or 5 oz. frozen strawberries (the more the better)
1 c. cantaloupe, chunked
Fresh mint leaves

In blender, combine half of all ingredients. Pour into pitcher. Blend remaining ingredients. Garnish with mint.

OPTION: You can substitute fruit of your choice.
