PUMPKIN BARS 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. (16 oz.) pumpkin
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. Bisquick
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins

Beat sugar, pumpkin, oil and eggs in a large mixing bowl for 1 minute. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 19 inch pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with cream cheese frosting.

GREAT CHEESE FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat cream cheese, butter, milk and vanilla until creamy. Stir in powdered sugar until smooth. Spread on cooled pumpkin bars.
