FOUR LAYER DESSERT 
1ST LAYER:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1 stick softened butter

Combine ingredients, press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool.

2ND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

Blend ingredients well and spread on first layer.

3RD LAYER:

2 (3 oz.) pkgs. lemon pudding mix
3 c. cold milk

Mix pudding and milk, pour over 2nd layer.

4TH LAYER:

Spread rest of 12 ounce carton of Cool Whip on top. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate until firm, approximately 24 hours.
