Pillsbury Sugar Cookie Dough, room temp.

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. unsifted powdered sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip

TOP:

3 kiwi fruit, sliced
FRESH strawberries
1 can pineapple tidbits, drained
3/4 c. flaked coconut

Pat dough with palm of hand onto a large pizza pan; bake according to package until just barely done as dough will harden as it cools.
