CRAB AND SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. crab meat
1/2 lb. sm. shrimp
1/2 green pepper
1/3 c. chopped parsley
3 c. cooked rice
1 pt. real mayonnaise
2 pkgs. frozen peas, thawed
1/2 c. sherry
1 can mushrooms, stems and pieces
1 can water chestnuts
1 pkg. slivered almonds
2 tsp. lemon juice
3 green onions, chopped fine
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Place in greased casserole dish and refrigerate covered. Do at least a day before. Bake at 350 for 1 hour covered.
