CHEESE-FROSTED CAULIFLOWER 
1 med. head cauliflower, about 1 1/4 lbs.
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
3/4 c. shredded American cheese (3 oz.)

Prepare and cook whole cauliflower (about 15 minutes). Drain well. Place cooked head of cauliflower in an 8"x8"x2" baking pan. Stir together mayonnaise or salad dressing and mustard; spread over cauliflower. Top with the shredded cheese. Bake in a 375 degree oven about 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Makes 5 or 6 servings.
