MARINATED SALMON FILLET | |
PER SERVING: 1 salmon fillet 1/4 cup honey 2 tbsp. soy sauce lemon juice (or about 1/4 of a lemon) Montreal steak spice, for sprinkling (McCormick) aluminum foil Place mixture of honey and soy sauce in refrigerator for about two hours. Later add lemon juice. Immerse filet in mixture till well coated. Heat oven to 375°F. Place salmon on aluminum foil, large enough you can fold over. Sprinkle on top Montreal steak spice or equivalent. Close aluminum foil and bake at 375°F for 20 to 25 minutes. When cooked open top of aluminum foil and broil for 3 to 4 minutes. Top will become crispy, but be careful not to burn salmon. Submitted by: Mariella |
